if I am interested in adoption?
ACH is a licensed provider for adoption services with the Texas Department
of Family and Protective Services. ACH partners with Child Protective Services
to find adoptive families for children. ACH does not charge families for
adoption services. However, the family is responsible for the attorney and
court fees associated with finalizing the adoption. ACH will provide services
for your family until your adoption is finalized. ACH will also be available
for post-adoption support, as needed.
